Caregiver guide
Help someone manage their cancer journey once they've granted you access.
This platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency care. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Getting access
Sign in with Microsoft (work, school, or personal) or a one-time email code. Then get connected: the patient adds your email on their Access page (read or read+write), or you invite the patient from the Caregiver workspace and they accept.
Open Caregiver to see everyone you're connected to, and open their record.
What you can do
View the patient's dashboard, timeline, symptoms, treatments, labs, imaging, documents, and questions.
With write access you can help keep entries up to date (e.g. log a symptom on their behalf — it's marked as caregiver-entered).
Respecting privacy
Access is granted by the patient and can be revoked at any time. Every view is recorded in the audit log.
