Patient guide
Organize your diagnosis, track symptoms and treatments, store records, and prepare for visits.
Set up your profile & diagnosis
Open Profile to add your basic details.
On Diagnosis, add your cancer type (start typing — common types are suggested), subtype, stage and staging system, grade, metastatic status, and any biomarker results (EGFR, HER2, BRCA, PD-L1, PSA, etc.). You can record more than one diagnosis.
Track how you feel
On Symptoms, log a symptom with a 0–10 severity, how often it happens, its impact on your quality of life, the date it started, and a free-text note (e.g. ‘nausea the evening after my first dose’). You can also link it to the medication or treatment it followed. Flag anything urgent.
Any symptom you log two or more times gets a severity-over-time chart, so you and your care team can see the trend. It's a journal for tracking, not a clinical assessment.
Reminder: if a symptom is an emergency, call your local emergency number — Teloma is not for emergencies.
Record treatments & medications
On Treatments, add each treatment with its class (surgery, chemo, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, cell therapy, transplant, trial, etc.), intent, status, and response.
On Medications, keep a simple list. Teloma never provides dosing.
Labs, imaging & documents
Add lab results and imaging studies as you get them. Upload reports and scans to the Document vault — images you attach can be viewed right in Imaging.
Prepare for appointments
Add Questions for your doctor between visits.
On Summary, generate a one-page clinician summary of recent changes and download it as a PDF to bring to your appointment.
Control your sharing
On Access, grant a clinician or caregiver read access by email — revoke anytime. If a clinic or caregiver invited you, accept the invitation banner on your dashboard to grant access in one click.
On Consent, optionally opt in to research use of de-identified data. This is separate from clinician access and always reversible.
Tumor-state insights
Under My cancer → Tumor-state (and the dashboard card) you can view a transparent, rule-based profile of your record across nine axes, with an uncertainty score and a plain-language narration. Research/tracking use only — a starting point for talking with your care team, never a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Get help
Open Help for the in-app Help Center, or hover the ? icons next to fields. Use Support to send a question or issue to the Teloma team — don't include sensitive personal details in a ticket.
