What Teloma is. Teloma is a cancer journey observability platform. It helps you organize records, track how you feel and respond over time, and produce clean summaries for your care team. It supports all cancer types.
Not medical advice. Teloma does not diagnose, recommend or rank treatments, provide dosing, predict outcomes, or claim to cure or prevent cancer, and it does not replace your oncology team, your EHR, or emergency services. If you have an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your record is yours. You control who can see it. Caregiver access, clinician access, and research consent are three separate, revocable switches. Every view and change is logged.
Research features. Research outputs are research-use-only and require clinician/scientist review. Researchers only ever work with consented, de-identified data.
Acceptable use. Enter only information you have the right to record, and do not use Teloma to make or communicate clinical decisions. Teloma organizes and restates what you enter; it does not interpret it.
